THE AFFILIATED BANK GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT TEAM

	Garry J. Graham – President & CEO Mr. Graham serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank since June of 1998 when it converted from a federal credit union to a federal savings bank. Mr. Graham has over 30 years of banking experience including; working in bank operations, serving as a bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, as a banking consultant and as executive management and president of another community bank. Mr. Graham is a 1979 graduate of Eastern New Mexico University.
	Dick Driscoll - Chief Financial Officer Mr. Driscoll has broad management and financial experience with community banks in the Texas Metroplex. His most recent experience was serving as President of a local community bank and helped them grow to over one billion dollars. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of a local community bank.
	Bennett F. Carter – EVP Loans & Advisory Director Mr. Carter has 29 years of banking experience and has served in many areas of the lending function and bank management. Mr. Carter is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University and is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU.
	David C. Sury – EVP Operations & Advisory Director Mr. Sury has over 30 years banking experience and includes time as a Commissioned National Bank Examiner, Head of Credit with a local bank holding company, and ownership of a bank consulting company. He graduated from University of Texas Arlington with a degree in Economics.
	Joe Barnhart – EVP Mortgage Lending & Advisory Director Mr. Barnhart has over 30 years banking experience and has has held similar positions in both regional and community banks. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.
	Linda M. Gardner – EVP Deposit Operations & Advisory Director Mrs. Gardner has an entrepreneurial background in small business management which made her a great fit for the ever changing needs of a new bank.  During Mrs. Gardner’s tenure she has been involved in every area of bank operations as well as training coordinator for both the Loan and Deposit areas. She also serves as Director of IT operations and product implementation.
	Joni Wilson – SVP Lending Mrs. Wilson has over 28 years banking experience in the Texas Metroplex and she has served in various lending roles as well as Loan Operations Manager and Credit Analyst Manager. She is a graduate from The University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Finance and Graduate School of Banking at LSU/Sheshunoff.
	Lee Herron – SVP Lending Mr. Herron is a 1969 graduate of the University of Colorado and brings over 40 years of experience in residential real estate lending/development from mortgage to construction.
	J. Dan Murphy – SVP Deposit Operations Mr. Murphy was previously the manager of Affiliated Federal Credit Union from 1984 up to the time of the conversion to Affiliated Bank. Prior to 1984 served as President of the Credit Union Board while employed as Data Processing Operations Manager for Affiliated Food Stores, Inc.
	Doug Bowerman – SVP Mr. Bowerman has over 25 years of community banking experience. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Finance. Bowerman is a graduate of both Leadership Garland and Leadership Rockwall. He is involved as an advisor for the partnership between Garland Habitat for Humanity and the GISD Building trades program. Additionally, he serves on the board of the Metro East Division of the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas and is Co Founder of the Cars for CASA car Show benefiting children in foster care in Rockwall and Kaufman Counties.
	Suzanne Blanton - Vice President Mortgage Lending Suzanne joined Affiliated Bank in 2003 at the opening of our first Arlington location.  She comes to us with 20 years of title company experience and became a great asset as a loan processor.  As the bank continued to grow, she became involved in our interim financing program and has now become one of our leading mortgage loan officers.
	Stacy Williams - Vice President Lending Stacy Williams has been a community banker in the Arlington market for the past 8 years with an extensive background in real estate lending and commercial lending. In addition to his professional involvement in the Arlington community as a banker, Stacy has served a Board Member and current Director for Leadership Arlington, as a director of the YMCA Board, a member of various Arlington Chamber of Commerce Committees and as a Board member of the Tarrant Bankers Association.  Stacy and his wife, Kristin, have three kids, Natalie and Jake, and Cole.
	Gale Wagner - Vice President Branch Manager  Gale Wagner joined the Affiliated Bank family in January 1989, when the bank was still a credit union.  She was part of the conversion team, when Affiliated became a bank in June 1998.  Although Gale has worked in most areas of the bank, her current position is Branch Manager of the Bedford location and Compliance Officer for the entire bank.  She is an active member of the HEB Chamber of Commerce.  Gale is a native Texan - born and raised in Lamesa near Lubbock.  She earned her BBA degree in Marketing from Angelo State University.  Gale and her husband make their home in North Richland Hills.
	Theresa Boyd - Vice President Lending  Theresa Boyd brings more than thirty years lending experience to Affiliated Bank.  She has been with Affiliated Bank since March of 1999.  Theresa is past board member of Child Advocates of Tarrant County and is currently a member of The Greater Fort Worth Builders Association.  Theresa is a native of Abilene, Texas, and moved to the metroplex in 1985.  She resides with her husband in Bedford.
	Jeff Bridges - Vice President Lending  – Austin Loan Production Office Jeff Bridges has been in the banking business for 17 years as a community banker, specializing in real estate and homebuilder finance.  He has served the Tarrant County and Austin markets.  He earned his BA in Economics from The University of Texas in 1991.  He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, active in the Austin Chamber of Commerce and the Homebuilders Association.  He lives in the Austin area with his wife and two children.
	Rhonda White - Vice President Rhonda White has over 30 years of Community Banking experience in both Kansas and Texas. She has a degree from Barton County Community College in Secretarial Sciences. Rhonda is an active member of her Church and serves as Chairperson of the Worship Committee. She is a native of Hoisington, Kansas and resides with her husband in Royse City, Texas.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

	Kenneth L. Lee – Chairman Mr. Lee has been the president and owner of K. Lee Enterprises, Inc. a real estate management firm located in Mansfield, Texas since 1970. Mr. Lee has been Chairman of the Board of the Bank and the Company since the formation of each.
	Donald H. Stone – Vice Chairman Mr. Stone is the former principal franchisor of Pro-Cuts Family Hair-care Centers and currently owns Pet Love International. Mr. Stone has been a director of both the Bank and the Company since the formation of each.
	Garry J. Graham – President & CEO Mr. Graham serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank since June of 1998 when it converted from a federal credit union to a federal savings bank. Mr. Graham serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and has served in that capacity since its incorporation in January 2001.
	James E. Jennings - Director From 1981 to 1993, Mr. Jennings served as an executive with Affiliated Foods, Inc. Mr. Jennings retired in 1993. Mr. Jennings has been a director of the Bank and the Company since the formation of each.
	Kenneth L. Schilling - Director Mr. Schilling owns and manages Schilling Business and Tax Service, located in Watauga, Texas. Mr. Schilling has been a director of both the Bank and the Company since the formation of each.
	Eric J. Nelson - Director Mr. Nelson is owner of Nelson Development Company, Ltd and President of Tricon Commercial Building Group, Ltd.   Tricon has constructed more than 45 million dollars in construction projects throughout the DFW metroplex area.  Mr. Nelson has been an Advisory Director of the Bank since 2005.
